Australian Shipping

Free shipping for orders $100 and over.

Flat rate $15 for orders under $100.

Fulfilment: typically 1–2 business days.

Delivery time: usually within 5 business days via Australia Post.

Peak periods: during promotional or peak periods (e.g. Valentine’s Day, EOFY), please allow 5–10 business days from order date.

Tracking: you’ll receive an Australia Post tracking number once your order is fulfilled.

Redelivery Fee
A $10 redelivery fee applies if:

An incorrect address is entered at checkout and the order is returned to us; or

The parcel is not collected from the post office or courier depot and is returned to us.

Glow ships within the United States from our facility in California.
For US customers:

Important: Please enter delivery details carefully. Once a product has shipped, we can’t take responsibility for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, or the absence of instructions for a safe drop location.

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Postage

Warranty claims: Postage costs associated with valid warranty claims are covered by Glow.

Returns policy: Postage costs to use our returns policy (contacting our team to describe the issue and returning the toy for a store credit to try a product from our sister brand) are covered by customers.
