18. Warranty
If your product has a functional fault (e.g., not charging, broken, not operating correctly) within one year of purchase, email hello@wheredidyougetyourglow.com with:

If eligible, Glow will send you a prepaid satchel and, upon receiving the faulty product, issue a refund or replacement within five business days.
Warranty claims may be rejected if:
